Our holistic trauma approach includes getting to know people and what you may need going through your journey. We have different therapists and coaching practitioners to support getting to the root of healing through Mind-Body-Integration techniques that use talk therapy, art therapy, polyvagal yoga therapy, somatic release with singing bowls, and EFT emotional freedom technique to reprocess emotions within the body.
