Service Description

3 Weeks 90mins/wk: participants will actively engage in community group sharing while they work towards personal goals; creating a space for emotional support while increasing their sense of accountability, internal locus of control, and self-autonomy Group Description: This is a 3-week closed group sharing, focused on the recovery, uncover and discovery process. Sessions will include exploring tools to promote emotional releases, processing day-to-day living and creating a healthy lifestyle. The group will support individuals while they work through their personal goals, while building community connection.
